The Residence Fitzroy is in a great location, next to Fitzroy shops and walking distance to the Beach Walkway. The apartments are new, clean, and tidy, with a luxurious king bed. The shower is amazing and the apartment is surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning is a relief after a long drive, and the apartment itself is stunning. It is well-stocked with useful amenities such as a hairdryer and has easy parking and access. The owners have put in a lot of effort to make the apartments comfortable, with features like a washing machine/dryer, electric lazy boys, and a shower and spa bath.

Our stay at Residence Fitzroy was truly delightful. The modern apartment complex had all the features we could ask for and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The ground floor apartment we stayed in was perfect for someone with mobility issues, with a spacious walk-in shower and accessible facilities. The full kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, just like being at home. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby shops and cafes. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Residence Fitzroy to others. 10/10

The kitchen could have been better equipped with some essential items, such as mixing bowls and a bread knife. the beds were a bit too soft for our liking and there were no fans in the bedrooms, making it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer nights.

Its incredible, central location was a plus. There were a great bakery and a bakery around the hotel.

The total experience was absolutely amazing, I recommend. The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a great area, right by shops and beaches. The location was particularly good and magnificent - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Had tea and goodies at Paris plage, nestled 1 mi of the venue. My room included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The staff there were amicable and helpful!

This is a hotel go-to for New Plymouth! The room is new-fashioned and nicely decorated, comes with dishwasher as well as a kitchen.

For the price we paid, The Residence Fitzroy was an absolute steal! The apartment was beautifully designed, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen facilities were top-notch. The shower had great water pressure, making our morning routine a breeze. The location was perfect - close to the CBD, cafes, and Fitzroy beach. The staff treated us with efficiency and professionalism, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. it was an excellent value for money, with a great location and wonderful amenities.

The food for breakfast could have been better if there were more variety options available.

super convenient location - just 2mins walk from netball tournament. facility was really nice and clean. loved how beautifully clean and soundproof the rooms were. staff were lovely and friendly. tv options were great with access to Netflix and sky sport. loved the small kitchenette - though next time we'll book one with a full kitchen. keypad entry felt private and quiet. amazing shower pressure. they supply codes to the rooms which is easy and convenient.
